Operating six manufacturing sites worldwide, Septodont has the physical capacity and wide-ranging technical expertise to be a world-leading producer of injectables, gels, sprays, powders, pastes, and more. Notably, we are the single largest manufacturer of articaine-based injectables, with ambitions to scale even further.

Advanced automated technology

We invest in best-in-class technology to automate our local anesthetic manufacturing, ensuring precision, consistency, and quality. Our automated systems include laser-controlled fill volume, multi-camera inspections, and terminal sterilization.

High-speed, high-volume production

Thanks to our cutting-edge technology and 2000-liter glass lime tanks, we can wash, fill and sterilize an incredible 600 injectable cartridges per minute. Across our three dedicated local anesthetic manufacturing sites, that adds up to a total of 640+ million injectable cartridges every year.
