DIVERSITY AND INCLUSION

Strength in diversity

The diversity of our workforce is a core strength of our business, and a significant contributor to the success of our company. We promote equal opportunity and foster an inclusive culture, where our employees feel accepted, respected, and empowered to do their best work.

Fostering gender equality and inclusion

We have stepped up our efforts to achieve gender equality at every level, with extensive training around gender biases (North America) and a pilot strategy to improve salary equality and maternity leave provision (France). As we refine these initiatives, we look forward to incorporating them into our global strategy.

Improving access for people with disabilities

As an inclusive employer, we are fully committed to breaking down disability-based barriers and ensuring that a fulfilling career is accessible to everyone. In France, our efforts have led to a 7.43% direct employment rate of employees with disabilities.

Pauline MalagutiDisability Manager

“ My mission is to implement a roadmap that brings together all stakeholders so that people with disabilities are completely integrated into every company process. Supported by a team of 20 internal ambassadors, I guide people who have taken the step of becoming recognized as a disabled worker, as well as those who have questions or reservations about embarking on the process. ”

HEALTH AND SAFETY

Improving quality of life

At Septodont, there is no greater priority than the wellbeing of our employees. That’s why we have a host of initiatives in place to ensure their health, safety, and quality of life, both in and out of the workplace.

Guaranteeing a safe workplace

Each site has a dedicated team of health and safety specialists to educate employees, develop policies and procedures, and oversee their effective implementation. They also work proactively to monitor for risks and hazards, minimize their impact, and build robust preventative strategies to manage future risk.

Supporting mental wellbeing

Good psychosocial and mental wellbeing greatly enhance workplace quality of life. Each Health, Safety, and Environment team has a dedicated social worker to assist employees facing personal challenges. Additionally, we offer a free 24/7 listening service for confidential support at any time.

Enabling flexible working

Since 2018, we have offered eligible employees the opportunity to shape their own schedule and achieve better work-life balance with our flexible remote working policy. We set them up for success with adapted equipment, detailed home-working guidance, and ongoing support to maintain productive and efficient routines.
