Septodont announces new governance structure
Septodont announced today a change in its governance structure. Effective June 2nd, 2025, Karim Khadr will be appointed Chief Executive Officer (CEO). Karim Khadr will succeed Olivier Schiller who will continue to serve the company as Chairman of the Board.

I have worked side by side with Karim since he joined Septodont in 2021 and have experienced first-hand his strategic mindset, his values and commitment to our employees and our customers. He is a highly accomplished leader, and it is with great confidence that I am handing over my responsibilities as Chief Executive Officer. ”
Karim Khadr is a senior executive with over 30 years of experience, serving in various sales, marketing, business development and product management functions, in both large and small organizations in the medical devices and diagnostics industry. He joined Septodont 4 years ago as Global Dental President in charge of sales, marketing and innovation.
